PSACO, offering education, communication and a “voice” to Colorado process servers.

Our history

The Association was formed in 2010, yet our accomplishments are many.

• PSACO has successfully petitioned the Colorado Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee for
  • changes to C.R.C.P. Rule 4theo to change C.R.C.P. Rule 4, changes which were adopted
  • allow the use of Unsworn Affidavits
• Became a Charter State Association of the National Association of Professional Process Servers
• Created the “Process Serves Reference Manual”
• Maintains over 100 members in Colorado and across the United States
• Offers training, education and resources to process servers across the country
  • Create a Process Servers Certification Course
  • Offer live and streamed training quarterly, regarding safety
  • PACES Education Seminar, offering access to our professions’ top leaders, trainers, attorneys and law enforcement

Our 2021 goals are to

• drive business to our members, via the the membership directory
  • offer featured directory listings
  • vendor listing
• blog current news and events to our mailing list (members and non-members)
• provide training from industry leaders to help you grow our business
• have the Process Servers Certification Course accepted by the Colorado Bar Association
• address the issue of gated communities
• civil assist from law enforcement

We are already through the first quarter of 2021, yet the above listed goals are still attainable. To those that are members, I can’t thank you enough for you continued support. To those whom are not members, join us, help us make this profession honable and profitable into the future.
