Colorado Supreme Court Authorizes use of Unsworn Affidavits

The Colorado Supreme Court approved the use of Unsworn Affidavits in all Colorado Court effective March 5, 2020.

  1. C.R.C.P. Rule 4 (H) Manner of Proof
  2. Out of State Affidavits should still require Notarized Affidavits
  3. Affidavits must have specific verbiage on the Affidavit (see below):
