Steven D. Glenn is the co-owner of Magnum-Diego Priority Services, Peak Process Servers and Checkmate, Inc. Steve is a Colorado Licensed Private
Investigator and a former Alternate Defense Counsel (ADC) Investigator. He is also a co-founder and President of the Process Servers Association of
Colorado (PSACO). Steve also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) for four years,
obtaining the position of 1st Vice President.

Steve was instrumental in petitioning the Colorado Supreme Court, Civil Rules Committee, to change Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 4 and was asked
by the Committee Chair to sit on the Sub-Committee to draft the wording for the changes recently adopted. Recently Steve, successfully petitioned the Supreme

Court Civil Rules Committee to allow Unsworn Affidavits.

Steve created and teaches the PSACO Process Servers Certification Course, teaching process servers how to the Rules of Service, how to effect service properly, and safety.
